Trifect began after our founding team saw firsthand how differently high-performance window systems could be designed and built. The opportunity was clear: homeowners and building professionals in the Midwest needed a better alternative to the usual choice between expensive name-brand products and lower-quality standard options.
So we built Trifect around a different standard—custom sizing, durable construction, strong everyday performance, and straightforward value.
We Went to the Source
We didn’t want to sell a product we only understood from a brochure. Our team built a direct relationship with the manufacturing partner, visited the facility in Poland, and spent time learning how the systems are made, tested, packed, and prepared for projects in the U.S.
That firsthand involvement gives us confidence in the product and a better understanding of what goes into every order—from reinforced frames and triple-pane glass to custom configurations and final delivery.

Jason Seifert
Product Specialist & Sales Manager
Before co-founding Trifect Windows, Jason Seifert spent 27 years in public service as a firefighter and paramedic, serving as a lieutenant, engineer, and academy instructor. Alongside his career managing high-pressure emergencies and leading crews, he stayed deeply involved in the trades. From early work in excavation and site prep to buying his first property at 19, managing commercial real estate, and personally overseeing the ground-up construction of his family home in 2007, Jason learned firsthand how buildings hold up over time. That combination of practical building experience and high-stakes problem-solving led him to join forces with his partners, driven to introduce durable European tilt-and-turn window products to an industry that had grown complacent.
A Midwest native who has built a broad network across the regional building trades, Jason has managed projects across Wisconsin, Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, and Michigan, while operating right out of La Porte, Indiana. At Trifect, he serves as Product Specialist and Sales Manager, working directly with homeowners, builders, and architects. He digs into the technical details of every project, ensuring each custom window and door package meets the exact structural and thermal demands of the opening. For Jason, the work comes down to a straightforward commitment: bringing the same level of calm reliability, honesty, and service from his responder career to local jobsites. He remains focused on helping clients diagnose what their homes truly need, delivering products built for generations, and building a business rooted in genuine trust.

Operational & Marketing Partner
After 20+ years in corporate technology leading digital transformations, managing budgets, and optimizing operations, Dave stepped away to pour those two decades of operational discipline into a business built from the ground up. In 2025, he partnered with colleagues experienced in construction to co-found Trifect Windows in La Porte, Indiana. Having built his career driving large-scale tech initiatives, refining complex systems, and building exceptional customer experience, Dave realized that many small businesses lack operational discipline, leaving customers frustrated by missed calls, delayed quotes, unresponsiveness, and poor communication. That combination of technology background and process optimization led him to join forces with his partners.
A Midwesterner at heart who lives in Chicago, Dave manages the day-to-day operational engine out of La Porte, taking care of marketing, finances, billing, product logistics, and project management. For Dave, running this side of the business comes down to a straightforward promise: keeping customers clearly informed about the status of their orders and making sure their custom window and door products arrive on job sites safely, on time, and reliably across the entire Midwest. Combining corporate rigor with the practical realities of local product supply, he remains focused on solving operational challenges, serving local builders and homeowners, and building a company rooted in genuine trust.

Jason has spent over 20 years on the front lines of residential and commercial construction, managing job sites, overseeing complex renovations, and building a broad network across the building trades. Throughout his career, he has stayed focused on tracking down newer, better products that actually hold up in the real world. That mission led him to discover European tilt-and-turn windows while searching for a practical, more effective solution that delivered true longevity for the window needs on his projects. Experiencing the hardware mechanics, airtight seals, and structural durability firsthand proved that standard US brands had barely evolved in decades, sparking the decision to co-found Trifect Windows.
A Midwest guy who has always lived and operated right out of La Porte, Indiana, Jason has managed builds across Wisconsin, Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, and Michigan. Having overseen projects from initial framing to final punch lists, he understands the day-to-day realities of a job site and the headache of dealing with flimsy materials or poor supplier support. At Trifect, running this side of the business comes down to being a reliable, straight-shooting resource who diagnoses what an opening actually needs, helps spec the right custom products, and delivers windows and doors built for generations.
